What we collect
When you install the app on a Shopify store we store the store domain, an offline access token, and a copy of the store's products, variants, and inventory items and levels, read through the Shopify Admin API with theread_products and read_inventory scopes. We do not request or store orders or customer data. Signing in to the dashboard sets a session cookie. Standard server logs record the IP address, user agent, and request path. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
To run the catalog checks, show you the findings, keep the mirror in sync, bill the plan you chose through Shopify, and secure the service.
Where it lives
On Google Cloud in the United States. Service providers process data only to run the service.
Analytics
The public pages may use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to count visits. The signed-in dashboard does not use analytics.
Retention and deletion
We keep the mirror and the findings while the app is installed. Uninstalling the app deletes the store's data, sessions, and findings, normally within 48 hours, and a Shopify data erasure request does the same. Write to us to have anything else removed.
